  • Who: Novice wrestlers (0–2 years experience)
  • Practice: Tue/Thu 6:00–7:30 PM
  • Cost: $175

Intermediate & Advanced

  • Who: Elementary & Middle School wrestlers
  • Training Focus: Intensive training with regional & national competition
  • Practice: Tue/Thu 6:00–8:00 PM & Sun 1:00–3:00 PM
  • Cost: $425

HS Elite — Sunday Only

  • Who: High school wrestlers
  • Training Focus: A crucible of elite partners training for the highest level
  • Practice: Sun 1:00–3:00 PM
  • Cost: $310

Please do not arrive before 11:30 unless you are helping with set-up or concessions.
